MOST ECONOMICAL OPTIONS:

To get the best shipping rate, we offer Regular Lettermail or Light Packet shipping as one shipping option offered at Check Out for most of our products.  Expedited and Xpress options will also be offered for you to choose from.

Lettermail/Light Packet items will ship at the speed of regular postage, and are uninsured, and do not have tracking in order to save you shipping costs.  All of our products that can be shipped under 80 grams will offer you this shipping option at a cost of $2.50 within Canada, $3.50 U.S., and $6.00 International.  Purchase of multiple items may increase your weight over 80 g, and may eliminate this option being offered at Check Out.  Items that do not qualify for these rates due to their thickness or weight are:

-Finger and Hand Puppets

-Dog Bones

-Balls

-All bags (with the exception of organizer pouches)

-To Go Ware

Is offered on all orders over $150 in Canada, and $175 US/Int'l (pre-tax value)

RECEIVE FREE PRODUCT

On orders valued between $100-$150 (pre-tax value) receive a free pin-on valued at $9.

*Note: TO SAVE ON SHIPPING COSTS, IT IS VERY WORTHWHILE TO PURCHASE MULTIPLE GOODS IN ONE SHIPMENT AS COMBINING PRODUCTS MAKES A MINIMAL INCREASE TO YOUR SHIPPING CHARGE. 

Otherwise, we normally ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel at discounted corporate rates, which includes tracking and insurance and takes 1-7 business days depending on the destination.

Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible, as a standard, within 2 days after it is placed. If for any reason your order must be delayed, we will inform you using the email address you have provided.

Large and Heavy Packages

Orders shipping to Canadian remote areas may have an additional handling charge added. You will be emailed with a shipping quote to your address before we process your order. If the additional shipping charge is not approved by you, your order will be cancelled.

Here's the fine print

• Delivery dates are determined by Canada Post. Fibres of Life Inc. is not responsible for any packages that are delayed or lost by Canada Post or border Customs. 
• We do not send COD. 
• Fibres of Life Inc. is not responsible for the collection or payment of any destination charges, including duties, brokerage fees and taxes. All those charges are the responsibility of the customer. If outside of Canada please inquire with your local customs authorities as needed.
• All pricing, taxes and shipping costs are listed in Canadian currency. All transactions will be completed in Canadian dollars. Excluding civic and statutory holidays, all orders will be processed in 2 business days, provided the items are in stock and that there are no problems with payment verification. If there are issues, we will contact you right away. 
• Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. An incorrect address may cause delays in shipping. Any cost incurred due to incorrect shipping information will be charged to the customer. If you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address when placing an order, please contact us right away. 
• Policies and/or shipping rates are subject to change without notice. We may change our rates and/or update our policies periodically. You will be contacted regarding any changes to the policies described above if changes occur after your order is placed, but before it is shipped. In such an event, you will be given the option to proceed under the updated policy or to cancel your order and receive full refund for your purchase. Please check this page regularly for updates.
• SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If we have sent you a product with a quality fault or with any mistake on our part, we will cover your return shipping at the Canada Post regular package rate, and will send you a new product immediately at our expense as available upon hearing of your issue. This will be sent at a standard expedited postal rate unless otherwise agreed.
