Shipping policy

Wholesale

• All orders are subject to product availability.  If ordering products from existing stock, please allow up to 5 business days for the processing and delivery of your order. We will attempt to better these times whenever possible. If a quick turnaround time is needed, please advise and we will assess viability. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you promptly after your order is submitted and advise on their pending availability.
• Due to the fact that our products are handmade and produced overseas in countries that can face infrastructure challenges, please be aware that we have may select stock quantities on some items.
• Orders can be amended after they are pulled but prior to shipping. A re-stocking flat fee of $15 will apply. Orders cannot be cancelled after they are shipped. Please email jennifer.fibresoflife@gmail.com with any details for amendment or cancellation requests as soon as possible so we may be able to meet your needs. 
• GST, HST and shipping costs will be added to all wholesale orders. Shipments are sent through the most cost-effective option of a range of major carriers provided via Ship Expert (eShipper). Packages will normally be sent as expedited ground. Allow up to 5 business days within the US, and 7-10 business days if shipping to Canada. Should you require an alternate service, please request at the time of order.
• Products will be shipped from Boulder, Colorado.
• Duties applied when shipping outside of the US will be assumed by Fibres of Life.    

Retail 

• Please allow 1-3 business days for the processing of your order. Items received after 5 pm MST will be registered for the next business day.
• Shipments are sent through the most cost-effective option of a range of major carriers provided via Ship Expert (eShipper). Packages will normally be sent as expedited ground. Allow up to 5 business days within the US, and 7-10 business days if shipping to Canada. Should you require an alternate service, please request at the time of order.

• Free shipping will apply on all orders over $100.
